The bed was comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. the lift was really slow, which became frustrating during peak hours. hot water took ages to arrive in the morning. These small issues put a slight damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from Canary Wharf, making it convenient for dining and transport. I'd recommend this hotel, but be prepared for some inconveniences with the lift and water.
